The pool is heated to 29° and equipped with a roller shutter to keep it safe and warm.
The swimming pool has its own en-suite bathroom.
From the ground floor, you can see the indoor pool, which is accessible through a secure, watertight door in the living room extension.
The pool is also visible from the living room through a panoramic bay window.
Upstairs, the relaxation area features a traditional, fully-glazed sauna with an extraordinary view over the island of Groix, as well as a relaxation area.

Day Side
Kitchen and dining room form an open-plan space, with sea views to the south and views of the charming port of Doëlan to the north.
Night Side
Villa Ponant offers accommodation for 6 people, with an additional bed for a child under 6 years old in a small-sized bed.

To the south, towards the sea, a gangway and pontoon lead to the terrace in the center of the garden. On the north side, a lovely terrace with vintage furniture offers a relaxing spot overlooking the port of Doëlan, sheltered from the wind.
